The Timothy Seminaries International will not apply for recognition from the U. S. Department of Education. (Note: The primary purpose of U. S. D.O.E. approval is for participation in the Guaranteed Student Loan Program and the gaining of Federal funding.) It is the conviction of The Timothy Seminaries International and all its foreign and domestic member schools, that Christian schools which are required to maintain the “separation of Church and State,” should not participate in the U.S.D.O.E. programs.
The Timothy Seminaries International distinctiveness among Bible colleges is that it is Hebraically based in study method, subject material & professors. The Timothy Seminaries International believes that the Scriptures should be studied in their original languages, culture, geography and history.
